How to Wake up Early
As I get older, I find it much easier to wake up early in the morning. Even on weekends, I rarely stay asleep past 9 or 9:30 (a major feat compared to the old days of sleeping until noon). For me, the two main reasons for this change are 1.) going to bed at a reasonable hour and 2.) having a job I look forward to going to every day. Need a little inspiration for waking up early?
